For
breakfast in between my morning yoga practice and a conference call, I made a berry smoothie
bowl and topped it with coconut shreds and
blueberries.
Count me crazy but I decided to go pick
blueberries again this weekend I still have a dozen ideas of what to cook with them (thinking
blueberry galette,
blueberry breakfast smoothie
bowls,
blueberry sorbet, etc), so I really need more of them now, because the season is really short.
Blueberry Overnight Oats pack a huge berry punch of flavor in a filling, satisfying
breakfast bowl.

So with that, I created this 5 - ingredient
blueberry - oat smoothie
bowl as a new routine
breakfast for the spring and summer seasons.
In terms of other toppings, I love adding
blueberries (fresh or frozen work fine) into a
bowl of granola with some milk for
breakfast.
We got home in the afternoon and had our
breakfast, a gorgeous Rolled Oat
bowl with
Blueberries, Cacao Nibs, Pears, Bananas, Raisins, Chia Seeds and Walnuts and Soy Milk.

breakfast bowl you serve be delicious and nutritious?
I was pretty hungry as soon as I woke up, so I made a yogurt
breakfast bowl with dairy - free forager project «cashewgurt» in
blueberry, with coconut granola and lots of
blueberries!
Made this
bowl for
breakfast this morning but with
blueberries.
So for
breakfast, I'd have a
bowl of high fibre cereal and
blueberries.

blueberries tossed with coconut yogurt, a sprinkle each of hempseeds and ground flaxseed, and (not raw, but I love it) Fiber One.

breakfasts.
Kathy Freston: I wake up with the sun, let my dog outside while I make tea (yerba mate with soy creamer) and
breakfast (a
bowl of brown rice with raw almonds and
blueberries, flax seed oil and hemp milk on top), read the papers on my Kindle, and then go for a hike.
Breakfast: A

A perfect vegan, high protein, high fiber
breakfast, the
blueberry chia
breakfast bowl is packed with super foods that will make your taste buds explode with flavor.
Assemble your
breakfast or dessert in any way you like — serve it in a cup, mug,
bowl, jar or glass, layered or just topped with chia -
blueberry pudding.
For dinner, 3 cups of ww pasta with a mushroom tomato sauce for dinner with a large 5 cup romaine lettuce salad with my home - made silken tofu with Dijon mustard and balsamic vinegar dressing, an ounce of toasted almonds and 1/2 cup of broccoli sprouts; for lunch a 16 ounce
bowl of 15 bean soup, a slice of Ezekiel bread, 8 ounces of carrots and a large apple for lunch; and for
breakfast a banana,
blueberry, strawberry smoothie made with soy milk and ground flax seed along with a 2 cups of steel cut oatmeal cooked in water with an ounce of raisins and a tablespoon of brown sugar.
When I substitute a small
bowl of oatmeal (1/4 cup dry) with a few
blueberries and cherries instead of the eggs for
breakfast (hence less protein but waaay more carbs) I start feeling better.
We got home in the afternoon and had our
breakfast, a gorgeous Rolled Oat
bowl with
Blueberries, Cacao Nibs, Pears, Bananas, Raisins, Chia Seeds and Walnuts and Soy Milk.
