I have just cooked the
blueberry muffins as you say they are like a liquid
batter but they haven't turned into
muffins they are just
blueberry slop in bottom of
muffin tins.I don't see how these can turn into
muffins when they are just pure liquid and there is nothing in the recipe to bind them together.The only different ingredient I used was rice milk as didn't have almond milk and actually put less maple syrup in as didn't have full amount so the recipe should have been even runnier.Am feeling a bit frustrated as the ingredients aren't cheap.

To enjoy this recipe as a breakfast
muffin, stir chocolate chips or
blueberries into the
batter and omit the frosting.
To the remaining
muffin batter, gently fold in the
blueberries and lemon zest.
I've even added lemon essential oil to the
batter to make lemon
blueberry muffins and orange essential oil to the chocolate chip
muffins!
You can add
blueberries to the
batter then pour the
batter into your cupcake /
muffin pan, top with the yummy topping — and Hallelujah!
Toss the
blueberries in 1 Tbsp (7.5 g) of flour to prevent them from bleeding or sinking to the bottom of the
muffins, and fold them into the
batter.
I used my cookie scoop to put the
batter in the
muffin tins and then you scoop 1 tsp of the
blueberry jam into the
muffins and swirl them.
I used Better
Batter Pancake & Biscuit Mix for ease of use, cutting the Magic
Muffins recipe on the side of the box in half, and adding
blueberries.
I swapped out
blueberries for diced strawberries, used 1 3/4 cups whole wheat flour + 1/4 cup golden milled flaxseed, and poured the
batter into a
muffin tin.
I had a bag of frozen mixed berries in the freezer, which were screaming out to be used in a
muffin batter, raspberries,
blueberries, and blackberries.
Divide the
batter into the
muffin tins, drop a bunch of
blueberries on top of each
muffin and gently push them down a bit.
Stir in the
blueberries, then divide the
batter among 12 foil - lined
muffin tins.

muffin tin (dividing into 12 portions evenly) 8) Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean and
muffins are golden on top 9) Serve warm

muffins stunning with beautiful
blueberry jewels, take it easy when stirring them into the
batter, okay?
I really encourage using fresh
blueberries because frozen
blueberries tend to bleed into the
batter, giving you a nice greenish blue
muffin.

For these
blueberry muffins, you give oats a quick spin through the food processor and then soak them in milk before adding them to the
batter.
Add some to the
batter of
muffins or coffee cake for a charming
blueberry taste.
Top each
muffin with a few
blueberries, and lightly swirl them into the
batter with a spoon.
Gently stir in
blueberries and spoon
batter into
muffin tin.
Fold in the
blueberries (or add them on top of the
batter once inside the
muffin tin).
I like to use raw beetroot in my vegan
blueberry beet
muffins — I just blend it along with other ingredients giving the
batter a beautiful vibrant colour.
