pineapple - this winning fruit combo (which are also nutrient dense) help flavor, sweeten and color the
smoothie in such a great way.
In addition, each day's
smoothie features a rotating array of fresh fruit: pears,
blueberries,
pineapple, kiwi, whatever I happen to have on hand.

I already make an awesome mango

All my
smoothies are also with frozen fruit,
blueberries, strawberries, cherries,
pineapple, flax or chia seeds, cinnamon, turmeric, cacao etc. almond or coconut milk, water, coconut water.
Any and every
smoothie froze perfectly, from cacao - almond milk - date to
pineapple - yogurt - mango to spinach - banana to
blueberry - oatmeal - almond butter.
I change up the frozen fruit in the
smoothie (I'll use frozen mangos,
pineapple, strawberries... for leafy green I may use a combo of baby spinach, kale, chard); here is an example of a
smoothie I made today: 3 cups baby spinach, 1.5 cups of frozen berries (strawberries,
blueberries, raspberries, blackberries), 2 apples, 2 pears, ground flax seed and chia seeds, 2 bananas, 2fl - oz of almond milk +2 fl - oz of spring water.

And so I began experimenting, first with the obvious
smoothie addition — a banana, then
blueberries and less banana, mangoes and
pineapple, even avocado.
I've never brewed with fruit in that manner, but have added fruit to my final product which I store in old GT bottles as well I've used fresh and frozen fruit... cranberries, grapefruit, lime, orange, ginger (quick way is with honey ginger crystals),
blueberries, grape, strawberries, raspberries and even my fruity green
smoothie containing spinach and kale (my bootleg version of my favorite GT brand... mega green),
pineapple.
I think I'm groggy because my upstairs neighbors decided to have a screaming match around 3 a.m. I make a green
smoothie for breakfast (spinach, celery,
pineapples, lemons, coconut water, and
blueberries) and grab a yogurt before leaving the house.
