blurb or editorial review for your own book.
And all the while, Chronicle gets to make money on the side via some sort of affiliate deal (Chronicle now

blurbs won't provide you with the gratification that,
say, scoring a national TV show appearance to promote your book will.

say never...), I frequently buy books and ebooks because I was hooked by the
blurb.

You need to make sure the
blurb is properly formatted and
says what you think it should.

says that it is complicated because you have to do typesetting, jacket designs,
