I know we're probably going to eat these hipster Mexican taco salad
boats every Tuesday for the
next month, and when my Dad and his wife come to
visit in a few weeks — they're spending three months driving from one coast of Canada to the other, then back again - I'll be making these shrimp burgers with Old Bay mayo for the whole group.
