What I can tell you however, is that

The avocado and tomato together act as a nutrient booster

foods and minimize added sugar not in its natural state to 6 teaspoons a day or less (ie: sugar removed from fruit and concentrated is still handled
by your
body as sugar).
Humans naturally used to get fructose mainly
by eating fruit, which is also typically high in fiber, which helps to slow consumption and the
body's absorption of the
food.
