healing process was «trust your
body to do exactly what it needs to.»
Even if I was working one - on - one with you as your personal trainer, in person, I'd be talking to your doctor and getting clearance from them on what would support your
body the most
during the
healing process.
Some of these are best removed through the sweat glands, so let your
body sweat by exercising, taking cayenne supplements and getting in hot tubs or saunas
during the
