Overworking without giving your muscles time to repair and develop is a disservice to your
body and increases the risk of injury and fatigue, so make sure you
get some
rest days between workouts and sleep

If you ask someone who focuses on interval training, they'll tell you that doing multiple exercises that workout your full

body was in the hole... and it may take longer still to recover... but at least now I feel normal most of the time... and all tests have been normal...
