of motion that you can move through when you
do your exercises, thus allowing you to see better benefits, but it will also help you reduce

of injury, and help to relax the
body after a hard workout.
I will

post on how to slim down a muscular upper

of that one:) But the best thing to
do would be to stop Barre class and give your muscles a chance to reduce in size.
