Well, we know the kind of
positivity that good digestion can have in our lives, and we want to ensure that we are
doing the best for our
body at all times.
I think those kinds of goals increase your
body positivity because you feel good about what your
body can
do.
I personally think
body positivity has nothing to
do with wanting to be healthy and exercise.
While it was easy to encourage
body positivity in my girls, easy to think only wonderful things about their dress, their
body movements, that generosity didn't extend to other people's
bodies.

body positivity in such an eloquent way,
I try to view
body positivity as a journey — some days I might feel down - right crappy, but there are those days that I feel spectacular (and a great outfit any day doesn't hurt the cause).
