I was thinking about cutting back on my workout as I am always exhausted after a 2 - hour
of body pump first and then spinning right after.
If you're going to the beach or pool party where you'll be in a swimming suit, doing a full
body pump workout is not a bad idea.
He loved pairing exercises like dumbbell chest presses with dumbbell rows for a classic
upper body pump while still losing fat on a weight loss program.
I
love body pump but I have definitely been too sore afterwards from going too hard too soon.
I currently have been doing body attack 4 times a week and
body pump on the other days.

Tonight, after channeling my inner Arnold
at body pump, I was ravenous.
I plan on biking and walking for cross-training and
doing Body Pump and yoga for strength and stretching.
My joints are free and I was going to the gym and lifting heavy weight and
taking Body Pump classes when before, I could barely move and couldn't lift a full cup of coffee.
Some trends are definitely here to stay; such as personal tracking devices like the Fit Bit, group exercise classes
like Body Pump, and super foods like kale and quinoa.
Also I need one of those pad things for my bar - when I squat
in body pump the weights are so heavy they make the bar dig into my spine and shoulders!
