trying to put on a little bit of muscle (goal of 185) Im already planning on picking up the adonis program but I was wondering if you would recommend the muscle gaining or
body recomp program in the adonis index since you are against the gaining muscle and losing fat idea.
Recently had a Dexa that says my BMR is 1400 and TDEE 1700 (which tallies with Fitbit tracking) I've read * everything * online about Skinny Fat and
Body Recomp (including yours a few times!)

a body recomp plan?

my body recomp plan.

So it seems that
body recomp is achievable in overweight individuals — but what about trained athletes and those of higher fitness levels?
This workout is great for fat loss and
body recomp, and can even be used as a conditioning day in a muscle building workout.
