You'll find when using this Build Muscle Without
Weights technique with different
exercises (especially
body weight exercises, where some tend to be a bit easier than others), you'll be able to go longer
before having to increase rest.
To begin with I suggest you startfunctional
exercises using your
body weight only
before moving on to using
weights or stability balls etc as you want to ensure you can complete the
exercise with your own bodyweight first, you will be surprised how many people have little core strength and stability and this can have a big effect on your balance.

So, walking or jogging for a short time
before work, taking a walk during your lunch break, and doing some
body weight strength
exercises in the evening adds up to one great workout without seeming too time consuming.
But
before you jump into an all - interval, all - the - time cardio marathon, there are a few important things to note to maximize your
exercise time for
weight loss: First, too much high intensity cardio can burn out your
body, leaving you tired, cranky, and too exhausted to stick with your routine.
If you have trouble falling asleep I suggest 3 - 5 minutes of

before bed (pushups or air squats are fine, but avoid this if your evening cortisol is high).
