If you are doing a 5 day split with just one exercise per
bodypart then your warmup will be a bit different, especially for arms.
Not exact matches
On a normal program, you work a
bodypart, it becomes temporarily weaker,
then becomes stronger as it overcompensates so you can lift more next time.
If your shoulders are a lagging
bodypart, for an example, try to add 30 - 50 light reps of dumbbell presses after every workout in the course of 7 - 10 days and
then return to your normal routine.
Then imagine the results you can get in your ENTIRE BODY when you put the full power of «Hybrid Training» into effect on every single
bodypart!
If you can't even manage that,
then you're not ready for a multi-set program; you'll have to drop down to a whole body, 1 set per
bodypart program.
If you are doing significantly more total exercises
then I suggest adding a high rep set after the primary exercie for each
bodypart.
• Rest just to get your breath and
then, proceed with the cycle, once again working your first
bodypart.
I do one warmup set,
then four sets, eight to 10 reps, three exercises per
bodypart.
I do not believe you can split
bodyparts up period and I do not know who came up with them but in the old days that is all the old timers did and they were stronger, more powerful, better conditioned, and much more healthier back in those days

just like you said yourself you do nt know monster hunter the controls have always been like that if you master it you can dodge split seconds before being attacked the build up from a new area towards the bosses is very good first some small hunts
then bigger ones the material harvesting is addictive and an important part of the game i can search hours for certain crystals or stones after cutting down monsters and bosses you harvest the
bodyparts for new weapons and armors to challenge bigger bosses so you can harvest even better
bodyparts for gear if you get into it you'll keep playing
