Admittedly, it's 100 % anecdotal on my end, but it's more common to see people walk into a gym, mosey on over to the bench press area without much of a song and dance with a warm - up, and pretty much get right into the nuts and
bolts of their workout
than it is to see the same person walk in, start deadlifting, and not be leaving five minutes later because their spine just flipped them the middle
finger.
