just say, I've tried to make green chile enchiladas 3 times now (without a
recipe mind you — that would take too much work to find;) and I've
bombed every time!
I am
just one of those poeple who hate to try something new unless I know it's going to taste great — not
just good... I am a food snob I guess, but when I reviewed your
recipe, it had flours I am used to (minus the millet) and flavors I am used to, as well the foil mold idea was absolutely the
bomb helpful.....
And I
just sprinkle a little bit over my plain Greek yogurt, or Protein FroYo (now, here's another
recipe that I should have to share... that froyo really is the
bomb, ESPECIALLY with a little bit of Homemade Granola sprinkled on top!)
I prefer to use Artisana's coconut butter in my fat
bomb recipes, and, well, let's be real, I also
just eat it straight out of the jar prettttyyyy (read: very) regularly.
They are high in healthy fats and low in carbs,
just like my other fat
bomb recipes.
