The

obesity.

about fat that is endangering the health of millions.
In a
book called Missing Microbes, Martin J. Blaser expresses concern
about the relationship between
obesity and food kids are eating, and changes in microbiome based on exposure to antibiotics.
Dr. William Davis, author of the anti-wheat best - selling
book Wheat Belly, raises questions in his
book about whether these changes in wheat have caused the spike in gluten - related health problems, including
obesity and diabetes.

I had written a
book a number of years back entitled The Rosedale Diet that talked
about the connection between insulin, leptin, and the diseases of aging, especially
obesity.
Unfortunately, these days many people follow unhealthy diets; and as a result, some end up dealing with
obesity, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis (you will learn
about it in the
book!)
