You can't, one the one hand, argue that «nutritionism» is flawed and that you have
to regard the whole
food (see Collin Campbell's latest
book), and then on the other hand neatly divide fish into omega -3-FA and contaminants,
in order
to claim that you can get the all the benefits without the purported risks.
Carla, Veterinarians have a 3 day course
in nutrition put on by Iams and purina while they are
in school — they know about as much
regarding nutrition as your family doctor does.You have
to use
books, etc
to research what is a good formula for home
food and, I firmly believe, rotate ingredients regularly!
Yeah, I know a lot of people like hostels or are happy with a cheap (read dirty) hotel
to save money but the good thing about house sitting is the money we save during those times allows us
to be a little more, shall we say, picky when we stay at hotels One thing we do
in regards to the
food at hotels... we
book rooms with a mini bar and microwave so we can eat microwavable meals from time
to time (not every meal!)
