blog posts once in a while about these other passages.
This is always a little embarrassing for me because I save my best, most personal writing for my
books and tend to hammer
out most
of my
blog posts before I've even had my second cup
of coffee in the morning, which is a hazy, disorienting time in which I am strictly prohibited from making important life decisions or ordering things from the internet.
The truth is, there are a lot
of us
out there whose only connection to like - minded believers has been though the
blogs and
books of «emerging» writers and thinkers.

I write this
blog because, as I have experienced leadership circles in Christianity, I have the strong sense that there are lots
of guys
out there trying to build an empire, be a minor Christian celebrity, or have people buuys there
books, and follow them on Twitter as they tweet about what ind
of ice ream they at... hahaa.
I often write to figure
out what I think, and I think I live a pretty seamless life between online and real - life, but some part
of me still wants to die
of embarrassment when someone in my real life actually brings up my
blog or my
book.
