The
blog from Blinkist has a clever premise — for each
post it combs through a variety of
books on a subject, pulling out nuggets of wisdom while also offering the titles
as suggestions for further reading.
Susan's course on sound bites provided laser - sharp focus for my
book (content and launch),
blog posts and interacting with my clients — and
as you know, there's a lot of noise in the online world about honing your message.
Such advice comes
as no surprise to readers of Fried's 15 years of
posts on his company's popular and influential
blog, Signal vs. Noise or who have read any of his
books, like Rework, the New York Times best - seller he co-wrote with his Basecamp partner, David Heinemeier Hansson.
Also, much has been written over the past 2 - 3 years about the importance of buyer personas, but these articles,
books, and
blog posts have stressed them
as profiles or lead - generation tools
as opposed to a best practice that informs on business, sales, and marketing strategies that help best identify and reach buyers.

book but gave up, so instead I'm rewriting it

What made you decide that hipster Christianity was worth writing an entire
book about (
as opposed to an article or
blog post)?
Since then, I've written a
book and a bunch of
blog posts pleading with the evangelical community to get rid of some of these «false fundamentals» that act
as stumbling blocks for so many young Christians.
I am kind of going the other way... I am writing a
book, and then I
post reworked sections from the chapters
as blog posts.
I want to write
blog posts instead of free content for Facebook disguised
as status updates, I want to write my second
book!
I
post my
book on my
blog as I write it, but
as far
as I can tell, Greg doesn't really do this.
I will read all of the responses and select one of the
posts to feature
as a guest
post here at my
blog — that person will also receive three signed copies of the
book.
Frankly, I think that
as more and more people read
blogs, we should (and will) see more and more
books follow the «
blog post» layout structure.
And after that, I'll select one of those
posts and feature it
as a guest
post on my
blog and give that person 3 copies of the
book, too!
Well, it's been one of those weeks for me,
as I've been battling pinkeye... yes, pinkeye... for the last four days, along with a boatload of work related to
book edits and
blog posts for next week.So I spent a good part of yesterday in the exact same pose
as you see above, only with swollen, crusty eyes, slightly better hair, and a more robust vocabulary from which to bemoan my oppression.
Initially, I used a simple concordance program, but
as Bible Study software has become more advanced, I have found myself using it more and more to write my

book that aligns with your target audience and see if they'd be happy to offer up a free copy to give away
as part of a
book review
blog post.
Many of them prefer to skim
blog posts or magazine articles,
as opposed to full - length
books.
This means I get sent wonderful new children's
books to review and it is one of my favourite things to come from my
blog as Leo loves
books and he always get's excited when a new one arrives in the
post.

blog and other blogger friends once a week — if i visit more times, what I really would like to do, I won't have any phd research anymore, since I need to read
