books in prison cells now... It is amazing how many people come to Christ through that,» she says.
«There is a statutory requirement for library services to be required
in prisons, and prisoners can have up to 12
books in their
cells at any one time,» the prime minister's spokesman said.
«There has been a small change to
prison guidelines introducing governor discretion to allow prisoners to have extra
books in their
cells within permitted space limits,» a spokesperson said.
