books on real estate investing and I definitely recommend everyone check it out.
I have read many
books on real estate investing, but this one really challenged my thinking on several philosophies.

Besides reading plenty of
books and listening to many tapes
on real estate investment, attending conferences and camps the
real success in
real estate investing comes from not giving up when struck by adversity but by turning each of the mistakes into a valuable lesson to be learned from and not to be repeated.
In his latest
book, The Skinny
on Real Estate Investing, Jim Randel suggests only dealing with investment properties that can produce at least a 10 percent return
on your investment.
One of the most talked - about (and hard to find)
books in the
real estate investing niche, William Nickerson's
book on building wealth is a great example of how any investor can go from zero to millions following a basic «hybrid»
investing model of buying low, renting, and «trading up» to larger properties.
This
book was one of the first I ever read
on the subject of
real estate investing, and is largely responsible for my love of small multifamily properties.
