If you're making large quantities, I definitely recommend going the easy route with
bottled lime juice and pre-packaged arils, but the choice is yours!
Make sure you're using fresh lime juice, using
bottled lime juice can give a too sweet, artificial taste.
Used limes when zest needed and the rest I made up with
bottled lime juice.
