Cook until the tortilla on
the bottom is toasted and turning a golden color, it will start to feel more firm, crispy.

If after the potato pie
is flipped the

is not «golden» enough for your liking, you can finish
toasting it under the broiler for ease, provided that you
are using an oven - proof skillet.
