It is a fun little method of ours where the topping (muesli, granola, rolled oats, puffed grains or nuts) is placed at
the bottom of the glass and then covered with a few spoonfuls of yogurt and filled up with the smoothie.
Next, place an orange and lime slice in
the bottom of the glass, fill with ice, and with a spoon or muddler, mash the slices to release their juices.
Put your egg and oil in
the bottom of a glass jar that fits your immersion blender.
So here's what I did... I decided to pour the chocolate sauce into
