bought for one of your other recipes and seeing as it only required a little
almond butter, I made my own.
I have been
buying my organic extra virgin
coconut oil online in 1 gallon pail because I use it all the time for cooking, baking & beauty care along with other goodies like hemp seeds, organic
almonds, etc..
i used
almonds and
coconut flakes instead of pecans and goji berries and it tastes amazing definitely prefer this chocolate over store -
bought ones!

Instead of using all honey (I
buy local, raw honey), I sub
coconut sugar -1 cup, 1/4 cup honey & added about 2 tbsp of unsweetened
almond milk.
If you've ever purchased store -
bought almond or
coconut milk, you may have noticed an ingredient called Carrageenan on the carton.
The advantage to
buying the flours separately for certain recipes is that it allows you full control over how much of each you want to use — be it
coconut flour,
almond, chickpea flour, tapioca, etc. so you can achieve different results with different mixes.

I found that when I added 2tbsp of
coconut oil it made it so silky and moisturizing I also used Dr. Bronner's Lavender in the bathroom and the
Almond in the kitchen we use Eucalyptus in the shower and the kids use the Pepermint I've always used Dr. Bronner's since I was little we
buy the Pepermint by the gal.
So I didn't read the instructions and
bought almond meal instead... so I followed the rest of the recipe and used
coconut oil and chopped a few squares of 72 % chocolate bar instead of chocolate chips.

buy not only dairy milks like cow or goat milk, but also milk alternatives such as soy,
almond,
coconut, hemp, and rice milks.

buy the chia seed powder from the bulk barn and I have had really good results from putting this powder in my smoothies along with protein powder, frozen fruit, half a frozen banana, natrel milk, or
almond,
coconut, cashew, rice dream milk,
coconut flakes or shreds, stevia powder etc in your smoothie recipes, not all at once through and I mix up these and I have tried new ingredients, mixed them up and I have even made up some new smoothies that taste realy good.
I recently went out and

coconut sugar and chocolate so i could step my mug cake game up!!
Of course you can always substitute the homemade milk for canned
coconut milk, or store
bought almond milk, but I promise you the juice is worth the squeeze.

buy them on Amazon or make your own), a handful of macadamia nuts, or just a spoonful of
coconut oil mixed with
almond butter are all great options.
Used all
almond flour because I didn't have
coconut, and also used 3 whole eggs because I don't
