If I
was to live
on a dessert island for the rest of my life guacamole would absolutely
be my food of choice, preferably with a
side of
sweet potato wedges and a
bowl of dates.
If that
's not enough, the
bowls are then topped with a mango salsa and some
sweet fried plantains
on the
side, perfection.
I, too, lean
on the
sweeter side of breakfasts (and snacks), and my go - to breakfast
is definitely greek yogurt
bowls topped with fresh fruit.
My first variations
were on the
sweeter side because I love adding quinoa crispies to smoothie
bowls and granolas.
