In fact, as I am writing this, I am polishing off the last of a large
bowl of chocolate mousse I made for dessert last night.

When ready to serve; take your
mousse out
of the fridge and spoon into
bowls, then top with a dollop
of coconut yogurt, a sprinkle
of toasted almonds and a drizzle
of chocolate sauce!
Allow 25g
of chocolate per
mousse, chop it up into little pieces and put the
chocolate into separate
bowls for each flavour.
Carefully fold the remaining whipped egg white into the
chocolate mix (take a half - turn around the
bowl with the whisk and then shake the
mousse through the tines
of the whisk).
Press the crumbs into the bottom
of a dessert glass,
bowl or mini tart pan and top with the
chocolate avocado
mousse.
