As soon as the last bit of flour is mixed in
with the mixer, remove the mixer
bowl and use a silicone spatula to make sure there aren't any pockets of flour hiding then fold in the 1 11/2 cups of
chocolate chunks or

A tip for melting
chocolate is to throw in like 1 tsp crisco
with a small
bowl of
chocolate chips and zap and stir for 10 seconds it will melt so much easier and it's less likely to burn.
