After going to great lengths to explain why Modern Warfare 2 was dropping the Call of Duty moniker, Infinity Ward's community manager Robert Bowling has revealed the
final box art for the game via Twitter post.
The announcement comes today from Namco Bandai Games, who also released 10 new screenshots and the official
box arts for the game on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PlayStation Vita.
It's a well known fact that American and
European box art for games have differed quite significantly over the years, with American box art having a more masculine edge to them, with action being the focus of the art, whereas European art tends to reflect a more creative aspect, focusing on a more obscure and contemplative angle of the design.
Insomniac Games announced the Spider - Man launch date through a post on the official PlayStation Blog, where the
final box art for the game was also revealed.
After Amazon has previously given Mario Tennis Aces a June 22, 2018 release date, which is also the last day of Spring, now books.rakuten.co.jp is giving the Mario Tennis Aces the same launch day, except this time, the listing has
a box art for the game, much like it has a box art for Sushi Striker: The Way of the Sushido for Nintendo Switch, except in Mario Tennis Aces case, the name on the box is Mario Tennis Ace.
Whatever you do, do not look at
the box art for this game.
They just showed the classic Pókemon catchphrase «Got ta catch em» all» and
the box arts for the games.
