Anyway, I've been wanting to cook it myself ever
since, and though this Slow Cooker Beef
Braciole version is very different than the Wegmans version it's just as delicious.
You simmer it on low for three or so hours and
since it simmers so long, you do need to check it two or three times an hour to make sure the liquid covers the
braciole and stir to make sure the sauce doesn't stick and burn.
