To save yourself some chopping, look for bags of mixed, pre-cut
braising greens, available at some supermarkets.
I picked up some more rainbow chard, and also a bag of
braising greens that I plan on using later this week, perhaps with some fish or steak.
Will use lots of substitutions (CSA kale or
braising greens) and additions (delicata squash), a little playing with the spices (I'm out of my homemade garam masala but have most of the ingredients), but it seems a forgiving recipe.
