so I whipped them together last night.
The box is TOO much to make THAT many
muffins,
so I needed to find some other things to do with the
bran.

bran in with the rest of the flours.

I have been vegetarian for years and am recently «mostly vegan» as well,
so I was looking for a recipe to replace my former favorite
bran muffin recipe.
I also realize that the
bran we get in Sweden is a lot finer than the
bran we get here,
so I've spun my
bran around in the food processor for a few min to make it a finer powder, and you get a much more tender
muffin that way.
