You can use a commercial
brand egg replacer, like Ener - G, or make your own (see my egg replacer recipe)
I use Ener - g
brand egg replacer, and I believe it is the best.
The egg substitutes that I used included applesauce, flaxseed meal, tofu and Ener - G
brand Egg Replacer.
