Date chocolate chips - chop up 5 large medjool dates into very small pieces and roll in
cocoa powder (or your favorite
brand of dairy free chocolate chips!)
As for
cocoa powder, my choice is Perugina or S. Martino because they contain the lowest carbs
of all

brands of soymilk, date sugar, or
cocoa powder.
For the sweetener, I used NuNaturals plain white stevia extract (nothing added, not the packets or white
powder) so be sure if you use another
brand or type
of cocoa and stevia that there are no additional ingredients in the
brands you choose.
