Roughly chop the
brazil nuts, then
mix the oats,
nuts, sunflower seeds, ground ginger and coconut shreds in a large
mixing bowl.
* You can use any
nuts here but I liked the flavour of the
mix I used, which included
brazil nuts, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and pecans.
I used to hate
brazil nuts, but when I had FRESH ones... not the ones from the

mixed nut recipe with hazelnuts,
brazil nuts, cashews and walnuts - with rosemary and brown sugar.

mix or Paprika, turmeric, cinnamon, cayenne 2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted 2 large handfuls spinach leaves 1 pomegranate 1 handful fresh herbs such as parsley, mint and coriander, roughly chopped 1 handful
nuts such as
brazil, macadamia or hazelnuts (optional to lightly toast)
The store nearby didn't have plain cashews so I'm using a
mix of roasted cashews, almonds, pecans and
brazil nuts!
In addition to almonds, walnuts, and cashews, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds (
mix in after pulsing the rest of the mixture in the blender), and
brazil nuts (roughly chop before measuring) can also make nice additions to these vegan meatballs.

I just used a bag of Mariani
mixed fruit (pears, plums, apricots) and Planters unsalted
mixed nuts (pecans, almonds,
brazil nuts).
Made using left over sauce from Christmas and half
brazils and half almonds picked out of a bag of
mixed nuts.
Then grind the
brazil nuts and coconut chips into a fine powder and then
mix int the rest of the ingredients by hand following the method stated above.
