bread and pasta completely..

pasta sauce together

I really, truly do stick to a Real Whole Food plan that
completely eliminates
breads,
pastas, crackers, cookies, chips
and anything else that's made with grains, sugar,
and chemicals.
This is
completely unlike the average Western diet, which is full of junk food, sugar,
and endless amounts of refined
bread and pasta.
I guess this all boils down to
completely cutting out refined carbohydrates (i.e. white
bread, white
pasta, white rice)
and even limiting the use of wholegrain carbohydrates (i.e. wholemeal
bread, wholewheat
pasta, brown rice) as Brenda Davis appears to consider even these as not the best of the whole grains hierarchy (certainly better than most, of course, but perhaps should still be used sparingly in the diet).
We've also heard the quote by Jared Diamond to describe agriculture as «the worst mistake in the history of the human race»
and this, making sense to us, is our motivation for
completely cutting out all
bread,
pasta, rice
and couscous altogether as we're concerned about constant the spikes in insulin.
Avoid them
completely and as always stay away from
bread, potatoes, rice
and pasta and you are left with REAL f...
