I stopped eating
bread,
pasta, chocolate, crisps (processed
and junk food) immediately
and have been eating a super healthy diet for
over 3 months now, eating fruit
and porridge for my lunch everyday (weird but it keeps me full
and stops me snacking, work friends think i am super strange having porridge for lunch but i love it, i have different toppings most days!)
There will be
over 100 recipes, almost all of which are new from zucchini banana
bread to veggie paella, creamy
pasta carbonara, an almond butter
and lemon quinoa bowl, healthy pad thai, black bean brownies, coconut cinnamon popcorn
and a gooey chocolate ganache cake!
Sprinkle
bread crumb mixture
and red pepper flakes
over pasta.
Spoon the sauce
over some roasted vegetables
and potatoes,
over pasta or rice, or sop it up with a piece of
bread.
Simply
bread the chicken, bake it, cover it with sauce
and mozzarella,
and serve
over pasta.
Once the sauce is made (
and it won't take long), toss it with
pasta, spoon it
over toasted
bread or use it as a dipping sauce for whatever floats your boat.

So very versatile, I've used these sauces to top
pasta, homemade pizzas using toasted
bread, basil oil drizzled on tomatoes
and tomato sauce
over fresh mozzarella.
It's rich, creamy, high in protein
and can be served so many ways — as an appetiser with pita chips, crisps or crudites; as a sandwich spread; smeared all
over a jacket potato, as a sauce for
pasta, in a Buddha Bowl, or even as a main course — just top it with olives, chopped tomatoes, cashews
and whatever else you fancy,
and served with hot Arabic

over on Twitter, it is NO COINCIDENCE that I have been feeling just AWFUL lately due to eating crap like
bread,
pasta, packaged foods,
and sugar (probably the WORST offender for me).
We realise that we could add wholegrain
pasta, wholegrain rice, wholegrain
bread and couscous into our diet, however knowing that these are recent products invented by man
over the past 10,000 years, we're beginning to think that it's better to exclude these altogether.

bread and pasta and pizza, but detailed studies of centenarian diets show that
over 80 percent of calories in their diet comes from vegetables, fruit, legumes,

Instead, people began to eat more carbohydrates like
bread, cereal,
pasta, rice,
and once junk food took
over, donuts
and pizzas.
The menu is equally romantic, full of delicious homemade

over like pillowy ricotta gnocchi
and tender lamb ossobuco.
