highest bread consumption nearly doubled their risk of this type of kidney cancer.
That said, bread (grain) consumption in general has been shown to increase your risk of cancer... For example, an Italian study published in 2007 found «a significant direct trend in risk»
between bread consumption and renal cell carcinoma.
The key to cutting back on
your bread consumption is to start slowly.
