Instead I baked it

loaf tin to create a rich
bread to have for breakfast with poached eggs, ham and a tarragon mayonnaise / mustard (French's + Mayo).

Grease a
loaf tin with butter and sprinkle
in some wholemeal flour to coat the bottom and walls of the
tin (this helps to make the
bread rise).
I've been working on a
loaf of sourdough raisin walnut
bread for a few days, now... The original recipe I used called for it being baked
in a
bread tin.
Made these tonight but actually made them
in a 8 mini
bread loaf muffin
tin and used egg roll wraps and they were very good... everyone loved them!!

Note: I baked thirty six of them (
in a chocolate - making silicone mold) to make an army and four large ones to show you how,
in times of peace, you can also make regular old muffins (you could also throw the batter above

bread loaf tin and make a
loaf).
Pour the batter into the
loaf tin and bake the
bread in the oven for 50 minutes until a tooth pick inserted into the
bread comes out clean.
The first time we actually put the dough
in a baking
tin for
bread loafs as we did not have a muffin
tin available and that worked out as well.
As I wanted to see how the
loaf turned out, I baked the
bread in that
tin.
BUTTER CRUST BEER
BREAD 2 cups potato flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 can beer [about 330mls] 2 tbsp sugar or honey Mix together and put
in greased, paperlined
loaf tin.
Rip the
bread into little shreds and place
in the
loaf tin.
I baked my
bread in muffin
tins rather than a
loaf since I wanted to freeze half the batch for later.
Remove the
bread from the oven and take it out from the
loaf tin (carefully - wait 5 minutes so you can touch the
bread without burning yourself) and place it back
in the oven, directly on the wire oven rack.
(I used a 22 cm x 12 cm large
loaf tin to prepare the
bread in the photographs).
(And btw, I only know this from my sister, but
loaves of pumpkin chocolate chip
bread freeze amazingly well — wrapped tightly
in tin foil — and can last for quite a while before being defrosted
in the fridge.)
