I'm not much for the idea of
bread pudding, but the texture of cornbread and the sweetness of
blueberries seem
like something that would work wonderfully in a dish
like this.
The texture is moist and chewier than any other paleo banana
bread I've made, has a great mildly sweet flavor, and you can dress it up any way you
like (chopped nuts, chocolate chips, raisins,
blueberries, etc!)

bread was so moist with the perfect amount of sweetness, and I loved the combo of the lemon and
blueberry flavors — it tastes

blueberries, but when they are in season, we personally
like to add them, as it gives the recipe a little tart contrast.
We would stick with some simple items,

bread, carrot and celery sticks, and some
blueberry pie slices!
