Wanted to post that a technique that GF Goddess recommends worked well for me — when using a
bread machine — immediately remove
bread from
pan and place
in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes and it helps an overly moist loaf to dry out and not sink so badly.
Place all of the ingredients into the
pan of your
bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Reserve the yeast for last
in bread machines, making a small well
in the top of the dry ingredients
in the
pan, and pouring the sugar and yeast into that well.
Sift flours, milk powder, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt together
in a bowl first, then pour into the
bread machine pan after all the liquids are added.
When the mixing and kneading are complete, remove the kneading blade, leaving the
bread pan in the
bread machine.
Put all ingredients (except pepitas) into the
pan of your
bread machine in the order recommended
in the manual.
