bread machine, it just won't turn out looking
like this.

like your
bread machine made the dough rise a bit too much too quickly, which could be a result of the setting that was used.
Set the
machine to «
Bread» or «
Bread Rapid» (or other baked
bread setting) and select a crust color (I
like a «Light» crust for this
bread) and you're locked and loaded for the heavenly aroma of fresh
bread.
