The commercial GF loaves (even the reasonable ones) are generally dry and chalky, so the possibility of a quick to make
bread maker loaf of this quality is incredibly exciting in our house!!

breads, except
loafs, in my oven, as the crust of the
bread baked from
bread maker tends to be more thicker and harder.
I am tempted to buy a
bread maker just for this one

As with any
bread maker, your
loaf won't have the classic shape of an oven - baked one.
