breads seem like such an ordinary thing that wouldn't usually make it to my list of absolute favorites from the year, but this loaf cake still stands out in my mind months later
as one of the very best things I whipped up this year.
Because I was in a hurry, I didn't bother to clean the beaters and just beat two additional egg whites with the
mixer — they didn't get
as stiff
as they would had I used clean beaters, but I folded them in and the
bread turned out great anyway.
It features multiple blending lines, including two for whole grain

as donuts and honey buns.

I just made yourr carrot banana
bread recipe, the recipe called for ginger but didn't say fresh or powdered so I grated fresh, also the recipe saod to
mix the flour, baking powder and things togethwr but said to sift them all together and I wasn't sure if you meany sift the coconut and nuts too so I jist miced everything together without sifting, if it doesn't rise
as high I will know for next time
