If
at all possible, I like to let my
bread machine to the
mixing, kneading, and first rise of the dough; I've written out this recipe with that in mind.
Here's a practical example of my money - saving technique:
at Whole Foods I think I pay $ 4.59 for a package of Pamela's
bread mix (a staple in our house).
In the bowl of a stand
mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment, beat
bread flour, semolina flour, and 2 cups water

I would make the

at all) and their burnt wheat flour, which is so incredibly tasty.

Sometimes GF

mix in more yogurt, one tablespoon

This is what worked for me finally... whipped the egg whites for eight minutes with 1/2 tsp of cream of tartar, slowly
mixed in the softened cream cheese and protein powder, baked it
at 325 for 30 minutes, then turned the oven off but left the
bread inside to cool — turned out amazing.
