out gluten you need to reintroduce it to your
diet for at least 6 weeks, having at least 4 slices
of bread (
of equivalent) before you get testing for coeliac disease.

bread, white pasta, white rice) and even limiting the use
of wholegrain carbohydrates (i.e. wholemeal
bread, wholewheat pasta, brown rice) as Brenda Davis appears to consider even these as not the best
of the whole grains hierarchy (certainly better than most,
of course, but perhaps should still be used sparingly in the
diet).
As a result we've removed all
bread, all pasta, all rice, couscous and white potatoes
