the bread out of the pot and leave it on a rack to cool off.

bread turned
out awesome.
The base
of my
pot was much larger than a 5 qt dutch oven so the
bread spread
out more and wasn't as round.
So much so I had to rip it
out of the
pot and it left a layer
of glued
bread to the bottom that was so hard I had to soak overnight.
Once your
bread has baked an additional 15 - 25 minutes (and your desired color is obtained), remove it from the oven and flip it
out of the
pot onto a cooling rack.
