Today, I woke
up by 10:30 am, mopped
up my floor, took a cup of tea and few
slices of
bread, took my bath, switched on my generator and pulled my laptop closer to my bed and started work immediately.
But I was wondering if I could slide

slices in the freezer?

I followed the recipe exactly and did have to bake an extra 10 minutes but that was the only change — and I use the small disposable aluminum
bread pan (
bread pops right out) This

slice thin and the
slices hold
up great in a sandwich (no matter what the filling is) and it tastes great.
Yesterday I felt like a sandwich, so I caramelised some onion
slices, fried
up some cremini mushrooms with some worcester sauce and stuffed a
bread roll with 2 (I was hungry!)
Ten minutes in, I touched one

bread slices are yummy, as are more grainy homemade
breads.
The word smørrebrød is so lively, conjuring
up images of smearing soft, rich butter generously and evenly over a
slice of
bread.
Sorry to post twice in a row... just wanted to add that the only thing I had trouble with (I have trouble in general with my homemade
breads in this aspect) is getting my
bread to not fall apart when I
slice it
up.
