substitute for peanut butter, but I will warn you it takes some getting used to when eaten on toast,
bread and other traditional «peanut butter» things.
So, GF 1:1 baking flour (blue packaging if using Bob's Red Mill) usually already includes xanthan gum and is typically used in pancakes,
